Okay, so this has been way long overdue. My apologies!
I guess its a good thing that I’m not a super famous blogger yet leaving a big audience hangin’ and waiting for new posts.
There has been a lot going on and though none of it has been bad, it has been challenging to write a new post. Basically, I got overwhelmed and sucked at managing my time. My fitness journey fell off due to some pain. And when I cant do my workouts, my nutrition falls, as well as my determination to be a better coach. *shrugs* Just being honest!
I havent experienced much pain now-a-days and Christmas is over, so I will be slowly getting back on track! Yay!
Now that I got that off my chest, I guess it would be a good time to plan out my workout program and grocery list, aye?
